Are you ready to walk the path of deep personal healing and spiritual growth? Step into a full year (or two, or three) of guided transformation through our Year and a Day Self-Care Coaching Program — a unique blend of pagan spirituality, life coaching, and multidimensional self-care practices rooted in ancient wisdom and modern wellness. This immersive mentorship experience is designed for seekers, sensitives, caregivers, and creatives who are ready to reclaim their energy, explore their gifts, and commit to a life of intention, balance, and personal magic. WHAT YOU RECEIVE: ✨1:2 Monthly Coaching Sessions✨ Each month we meet for about an hour a week, online or in person for local Coloradoans. You will always have a teacher and a Teacher's Assistant at these meetings for in person sessions. These sessions are designed to explore your evolving spiritual and self-care journey and check in on weekly challenges along the way. These conversations are tailored to your energy, life path, and goals. Throughout the week you will have assignments and access to a group student chat to ask questions. These will generally be checked in the morning and around midday as a way to encourage daily accountability. All local participants are required to attend our energy work clinics, sa bat ceremonies and art therapy workshops when possible, or do private workshops to make up for missed healing sessions as they are all part of the spiritual journey. ✨THEMED LESSONS ✨ You’ll receive access to workbook pages, guided practices, rituals, and seasonal tools crafted around the 8 Sabbats, 13 full moons, major chakras and more — all woven together into a cycle of growth and self-honoring. Each student receives special items, discounted custom materials and tool kits throughout the program to help your journey evolve on its sacred path. ✨ MULTIDIMENSIONAL SELF-CARE PRACTICES✨ We incorporate art therapy, energy work, journaling prompts, dreamwork, body stretching/massage, divination tools, and practical life planning techniques.
