Focused Fifty Minute Massage

Service Description

This 50-minute hands-on session is perfect for monthly maintenance. Great for general relaxation or focus on specific areas of discomfort and tension, this service is performed in a private room on a professional massage table. Each session includes a 10 minute pre-session intake to customize your needs and time for consultation post-session to check on body-awareness, goal progress, and action plans moving forward.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please contact us at least a day in advance so we can give someone else a chance to book your time slot. Same-day cancelations will result in a $15 cancellation fee. Fee may be waived due to emergencies. Rescheduling encouraged. Some exceptions will be accepted.
