The event is designed to introduce you to the combined benefits of multiple modalities at once so you can get the most full body benefit for body, mind and spirit from our unique team. Our Multidimensional Self-Care Specialists understand th need for true life balance.

Microsessions typically last 15 to 30 minutes each for targeted healing work on your "problem area" as we discuss in our intake. 

Wear loose but respecful sports style attire: No bits, butts or bellies visible please!

Bring a snack and stay hydrated before, during, and after the event. We will have some appetizers.

Be prepared to challenge your own beliefs about who you are and what your body is capable of doing for you in this walk.
