The event is designed to introduce you to the combined benefits of multiple modalities at once so you can get the most full body benefit for body, mind and spirit.

Microsessions typically last 15 to 30 minutes each for targeted healing work on your "problem area" as we discuss in our intake.

Wear loose but respecful sports style attire: No bits or butts visible please. Bring a snack and stay hydrated before, during, and after the event. Be prepared to challenge your own beliefs about who you are and what your body is capable of doing for you in this walk.
